Can I return or exchange my order?

Thank you for your interest in our made-to-order products. Due to the customised nature of our items, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is crafted specifically for the individual customer, and we sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your order.

What should I do if I need to cancel my order?

Please ensure that all details and specifications are confirmed before placing your order. If a cancellation is necessary after submission of the order and payment, we must unfortunately inform you that it will no longer be possible to alter your order. As soon as the order is received, our team commence work on your order, utilising our time and resources, to ensure a prompt delivery.
